Mediation and Conflict Coaching

We offer mediation resolution that resolves destructive disputes or grievances. Mediation is either formal or informal third-party assistance, which improves relationships that are marred by previous conflicts. The objective of mediation is to help parties negotiate a mutually agreeable settlement to a particular conflict. Mediation is more effective, less costly than going to court and the resolution lasts because the parties are committed.

Conflict coaching is a process in which a coach and client communicate one-on-one for the purpose of developing the client’s conflict-related understanding, interaction strategies, and interaction skills. The definition is broad in that it encompasses different forms of communication between the coach and client.
